1. Sing a song
教師放錄音〔使用本套教材第一冊(cè)Unit 5, Let’s sing/A部分〕，師生一起唱歌曲“Let’s have
a picnic today”.
2. Listen and do
教師發(fā)布口令，學(xué)生聽到之后做出相應(yīng)的動(dòng)作。（可借助于學(xué)生自己的單詞卡）

1. 教師出示Let’s learn部分的掛圖，讓學(xué)生說出圖上食物和飲料的名稱。教師指圖，然后越指越快，學(xué)生要迅速地說出被指食物和飲料的名稱。此項(xiàng)活動(dòng)也可由學(xué)生輪流完成。
2. 導(dǎo)入新單詞。教師與學(xué)生進(jìn)行會(huì)話：
T: So many foods and drinks. I like hamburger. Do you like it?
S: Yes, I do./No, I don’t.
T: What do you like?
S: I like …
教師指著圖片soup和vegetable問學(xué)生：Do you like soup/vegetable?讓學(xué)生兩人一組用
上述句型進(jìn)行對(duì)話。并教讀單詞soup和vegetable。教學(xué)中要特別注意vegetable的發(fā)音。
3. 教師做饑餓狀：I’m hungry. Can I have some rice, please? 讓學(xué)生聽懂之后，到黑板上取下相對(duì)應(yīng)的圖片給教師：Sure. Here you are. 教師說：Thank you.
4. 讓學(xué)生使用自己的學(xué)習(xí)卡片，模仿著來做這組對(duì)話。（可與Let’s play部分相結(jié)合）

（三）趣味操練 （Practice）
1. The food and drink game
把食物和飲料的卡片貼在教室的不同地方，卡片之間保持一定的距離。教師對(duì)學(xué)生說：“Chicken”。所有的學(xué)生必須走向單詞卡chicken 。重復(fù)以上步驟，直到練習(xí)完所有單詞。
2. 猜一猜，說一說
讓一位學(xué)生站在教室前面，將自己喜歡的食品的卡片放在背后，大家猜他喜歡的是哪種食品。猜的學(xué)生說：“Rice”，如果沒猜中，站在前面的學(xué)生說：“No .”如果猜中了，站在前面的學(xué)生說：“Yes .”猜中的學(xué)生站在前面，大家繼續(xù)猜。
3. What is missing ?
把本單元的單詞卡片放在地板或桌子上，學(xué)生圍著卡片坐一圈，以便能看清圖片。教師指卡片，讓學(xué)生說食物或飲料的名稱。讓學(xué)生背對(duì)卡片，教師將一張卡片抽出，放在自己背后。學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)過來，觀察卡片，說出被抽出卡片的名稱。教師向?qū)W生展示被抽的卡片，肯定或否定他們的答案。讓學(xué)生4—5人為一小組做游戲。一個(gè)學(xué)生將自己的一套卡片放在桌子上，抽出一張，其他學(xué)生猜一猜被抽出的卡片。

讓學(xué)生表演三人短劇。其中兩個(gè)學(xué)生是朋友，他們?cè)谑称返曛幸娒�，要買食品。另一個(gè)人是售貨員，在賣東西。
1. 教師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回憶所學(xué)過的打招呼的話語(yǔ)：Hello, Hi .
2. 告訴學(xué)生，買東西的人要說出他們喜歡的食物，如：I like (ice-cream ) 。
3. 買東西的人要對(duì)售貨員說：Can I have some …, please?
4. 扮演售貨員的學(xué)生要說：Sure. Here you are. 并假裝遞給他們所要的食物。
5. 買東西的學(xué)生要問：How much?
6. 賣東西的學(xué)生要根據(jù)每樣?xùn)|西的價(jià)簽，告訴對(duì)方實(shí)際的價(jià)格。
7. 買東西的人付錢時(shí)可象征性地拍一下對(duì)方的手。并要謝謝售貨員，引出詞組：Thank you .
8. 給學(xué)生時(shí)間讓他們練習(xí)，讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都有機(jī)會(huì)表演。

1. 讓學(xué)生聽錄音，說歌謠“Dinner time”.[使用第一冊(cè)Unit 5 Let’s chant部分]
2. 做游戲Do you like …?
將畫有所學(xué)食物和飲料的卡片放在一個(gè)帽子或盒子里面。將這個(gè)帽子或盒子放在講臺(tái)上。教師讓一位學(xué)生到講臺(tái)前，抽出一張卡片（如：juice）。這位學(xué)生看過卡片后，要記住卡片上的食物是他／她喜歡的食品。然后，將卡片放在講臺(tái)內(nèi)。讓其他學(xué)生問：Do you like…?如果其他學(xué)生猜得不對(duì)，這個(gè)學(xué)生要回答No。如果其他學(xué)生猜對(duì)了，這個(gè)學(xué)生要回答Yes. 3. 教師通過圖片導(dǎo)入課文：Look at these pictures. Who are in this pictures? What are they talking about?

將全班分成若干小組，對(duì)抗賽在兩個(gè)小組中進(jìn)行，在教師宣布游戲開始后，第一組的第一名學(xué)生立即用中文說出一個(gè)單詞(如：自行車)，第一組的第二名學(xué)生應(yīng)立即將這個(gè)單詞說出來，說錯(cuò)或不能迅速說出單詞的記負(fù)分，最后哪組扣分最少為優(yōu)勝。
2. 缺了什么？
這是訓(xùn)練學(xué)生記憶力的游戲。教師出示一些實(shí)物，放在講臺(tái)上，讓上來猜的學(xué)生先看半分鐘，然后背向講臺(tái)面向?qū)W生站立，再讓另一位學(xué)生上來取走一樣?xùn)|西。然后說：“Pease guess what is missing?”猜的學(xué)生要在10秒鐘內(nèi)用英語(yǔ)把缺的東西說出來。
