Generally speaking, there are four sorts of waste. They are material waste, organic waste, inorganic waste and poisonous & harmful waste. Now, we are going to talk about each sort of waste one by one.
Material waste: it means the waste of substance or things from which something else can be made. For example, people throw away the used metal products and buy a new one, so the old metal waste accumulates. At last, they become waste. For example, when people finish reading newspaper, the paper will become waste. When the glass is broken, it also becomes waste. Nobody wants to use a broken window or drink with a broken glass or wear a pair of broken glasses.
Once it is broken, it becomes waste. The rate of using plastics is increasing day by day. People use plastic bags because they are convenient. When they get home, they throw the plastics way, paying no attention to the environment. The more convenience plastics brings to us, the more plastic waste is produced. This is called “white pollution” as most plastics are white. Some of our products we use every day are made of rubber, just like the tyres and the bottom part of our shoes. It’s true that rubber plays an important role in our life. However, it also brings us some trouble when it has been used for a long time and becomes old. I'm Lai Senhan from the University of International Business Economics. Do you know what date is it today? Today is the Olympic Date. I'm so glad to stand here today to share my idea about Beijing Olympic Games together with you all. The title of my speech is: what can we do for Beijing Olympic Games?
First of all, let me tell you a story that happened 2 years ago. At the end of August, 20xx, when I decided to come to Beijing for study, my friends helrewell Party for me. They said: after your graduation, you should look for a job in Beijing, and then in 20xx, we shall go to visit you during the Olympic Games. I laughed and answered: OK, no problem!
Time flied and 2 years passed. Now I am a graduate. My teachers and classmates always ask me: what's your plan after your graduation? Go back home, stay in Beijing, or go to some other places? And I always answer: I will stay in Beijing. I make this decision not because of my promise to my friends 2 years ago, but because: I've fallen in love with Beijing! I'm eager to welcome the coming Olympic Games together with my fellow countrymen, and I wish I could do something for the Olympics for the city.
As we know, Beijing will host the 29th Summer Olympic Games in 20xx. As a Chinese, I think many people are thinking: what we can do for Beijing Olympic Games. Most of us are not athletes, we cannot take part in competitions directly; we are not officials either, we don't need to do the preparatory work. We are only ordinary people, what we can do!
There are still so many things we can do! For example, for me, I am a graduate majoring Business English. As far as I am concerned, I will keep on learning English hard, and apply for being a volunteer. I will use English to serve the Games together with other volunteers. And also, as a businessman at that time, I will avail myself of the great commercial opportunities that the Olympics brings to us, make more efforts to offer my contribution to the growth of our national economy.

我是來(lái)自龍王廟總校龍王廟希望小學(xué)的英語(yǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)教師——李桂平。首先我很感謝教研室的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給了我這個(gè)向大家學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)。今天我主要想與各位一起分享本人在小學(xué)一年級(jí)英語(yǔ)“跨越式”試驗(yàn)中教學(xué)方面的一些做法和心得。在座的各位都是有著豐富教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同仁,有不妥之處還望老師們批評(píng)指正。
我們龍王廟總校的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就決定抓住孩子們的語(yǔ)覺(jué)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的關(guān)鍵期,在小學(xué)一年級(jí)進(jìn)行“跨越式”課題的英語(yǔ)學(xué)科實(shí)驗(yàn)。我擔(dān)起了一年級(jí)英語(yǔ)的教學(xué)工作。一直擔(dān)任高年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作的我,茫然了。因?yàn)槲覀儧](méi)有一年級(jí)的英語(yǔ)教材,也沒(méi)有這方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以交流與參考,畢竟一年級(jí)的孩子和五六年級(jí)的孩子各個(gè)方面的差別都很大,再有就是對(duì)于“跨越式”的理念也是一無(wú)所知,無(wú)名的壓力便在我的心中油然而生。不過(guò),經(jīng)過(guò)專家組的第一次培訓(xùn),我仿佛明了了許多,我便對(duì)能很好的把“跨越式”的理念運(yùn)用到我的教學(xué)中充滿了信心,F(xiàn)在,將我在這一年中的做法在這里與大家一起分享:
一、了解學(xué)生特點(diǎn),制定合理學(xué)案
根據(jù)一年級(jí)孩子的年齡特點(diǎn)表明:他們年齡小,表現(xiàn)欲強(qiáng);有廣泛的情感需要;情緒容易興奮;以自我為中心,全神貫注于他們自己的世界;容易分散注意力,也容易熱情;學(xué)得更慢,忘得更快;他們是優(yōu)秀的模仿者;對(duì)自己感興趣的事情會(huì)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間地集中注意力;記得快忘得也快。而且我們學(xué)校一年級(jí)共有3個(gè)平行班,每個(gè)班的孩子都表現(xiàn)出不同的學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn):一班的孩子們活潑、好動(dòng);二班的孩子穩(wěn)重、好強(qiáng);三班的孩子卻靦腆、扎實(shí)。
因此,我根據(jù)他們顯現(xiàn)的不同特點(diǎn)以及新起點(diǎn)一年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教材的編寫(xiě)特點(diǎn),每節(jié)課前我都會(huì)認(rèn)真書(shū)寫(xiě)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)。例如,針對(duì)一年級(jí)孩子記得快忘得也快的特點(diǎn),在每節(jié)課的前5分鐘,我都會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)不同形式的單詞復(fù)習(xí):一班我會(huì)采取“猜一猜少了哪個(gè)單詞”的游戲形式;二班我會(huì)采用“開(kāi)火車”的游戲形式;而三班我則用“我問(wèn)你答”的形式進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)。然而,在針對(duì)一年級(jí)孩子容易分散注意力這一特點(diǎn)中,我在新知學(xué)習(xí)的環(huán)節(jié)中,主要采用動(dòng)畫(huà)呈現(xiàn)、動(dòng)作模仿、歌謠吟唱等形式。
二、營(yíng)造良好的課堂氣氛,講求方法豐富課堂
小學(xué)一年級(jí)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中,從小學(xué)生日常生活中接觸到的物品的單詞學(xué)習(xí)到日常會(huì)話,比較全面具體。內(nèi)容涉及的范圍也比較廣泛,有水果、顏色、動(dòng)物、文具、身體部位、1到10數(shù)字等等。但是雖然說(shuō)具體廣泛,使用起來(lái)還是有一定的難度。因?yàn)橐荒昙?jí)的學(xué)生大都在六七歲之間。他們感覺(jué)的情緒性和無(wú)意性很明顯,對(duì)自己感興趣的知識(shí)能記得很牢,反之,則很快忘卻。他們的有意注意的持續(xù)時(shí)間短,常常對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程、學(xué)習(xí)的外部活動(dòng)和學(xué)習(xí)的形式感興趣。所以,教學(xué)方法很重要。
1、創(chuàng)設(shè)生活情境。對(duì)于一年級(jí)的孩子們,教師可以抓住學(xué)生剛開(kāi)始學(xué)英語(yǔ)的時(shí)機(jī),進(jìn)行一些“身勢(shì)語(yǔ)言”的情景教學(xué),讓他們從直覺(jué)上感到“英語(yǔ)很有趣”。例如,在教低年級(jí)學(xué)生時(shí),恰當(dāng)?shù)剡\(yùn)用bodylanguage,讓學(xué)生律動(dòng)起來(lái),會(huì)讓學(xué)生很有興趣。在講animal這一單元時(shí),我用大屏幕出示一幅動(dòng)物園的圖畫(huà),并且指著那里的兔子說(shuō)“Thisisarabbit。Rabbit、rabbit”然后,用兩根手指在頭上當(dāng)作兔子耳朵,一邊蹦一邊說(shuō)“Rabbit”。就這樣連續(xù)做兩次,孩子們就在快樂(lè)的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍中學(xué)會(huì)了這個(gè)單詞。再有就是,在教身體各部分的名稱時(shí),教到哪個(gè)單詞,就讓學(xué)生手指著自己的身體部位。Head,學(xué)生就指頭,
nose,學(xué)生就指鼻子,訓(xùn)練由慢到快,還可以交換,兩個(gè)同學(xué)互相操練。之后,學(xué)唱歌曲head,shouldersandtoes,讓學(xué)生邊唱邊做動(dòng)作,唱時(shí)也可以由慢到快。氣氛到達(dá)高潮,學(xué)生非常高興,學(xué)生不但學(xué)到了知識(shí),同時(shí)也覺(jué)得很有趣。
2,制作形象圖片。小學(xué)低年級(jí)的學(xué)生直觀形象思維占主導(dǎo)地位,他們對(duì)形象、生動(dòng),色彩鮮艷的圖片非常感興趣。這需要教師用大量的時(shí)間來(lái)制作各種教學(xué)圖片。比如,學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)各種交通工具時(shí),我就把這些交通工具制作成頭飾,每次上課時(shí)我就自己戴著頭飾走進(jìn)教室,小朋友們就會(huì)用漢語(yǔ)說(shuō),好漂亮的小汽車。于是我就接著用英語(yǔ)說(shuō):“Hello!Iamacar.”接著讓學(xué)生一起讀這個(gè)單詞,教讀幾遍之后就讓學(xué)生自己上來(lái)戴起頭飾說(shuō):“Hello。蒩macar.”學(xué)生的積極性一下子就提高了,爭(zhēng)著上臺(tái)表演。以后學(xué)了其它交通工具就可以讓幾個(gè)學(xué)生同時(shí)戴著頭飾互相問(wèn)好。比如說(shuō):“Hello!Iamabus.”“Hello!Iamaplane.”還可以加上平時(shí)用的問(wèn)候語(yǔ)“Howareyou?”“Nicetomeetyou!”等。另外,還讓學(xué)生戴著頭飾跟著音樂(lè)一起開(kāi)小火車,圍著教室開(kāi)一圈,并帶著動(dòng)作。這樣,學(xué)生不但學(xué)得快,還記得牢,也增加了學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。
3,充分利用媒體資源。在小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中,直觀教學(xué)多優(yōu)于一般的講解,利用生動(dòng)、形象的電化教學(xué)手段進(jìn)行聽(tīng)、說(shuō)訓(xùn)練很容易,使學(xué)生產(chǎn)生新奇感,使學(xué)生能夠集中注意力,可加深學(xué)生對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)的理解。如:在新授bed,lamp,telephone等單詞時(shí),把這些單詞所表達(dá)的事物制成多媒體課件。當(dāng)屏幕上出現(xiàn)了形象逼真、色彩鮮艷的畫(huà)面時(shí),學(xué)生的注意力馬上集中到了屏幕上。這時(shí),我就趁機(jī)教學(xué)What’sthis?It’sabed.反復(fù)幾次,學(xué)生不僅掌握了單詞拼讀,理解了詞義,還掌握了What’s??It’s?的句型。
在教學(xué)打招呼用語(yǔ)時(shí),用自制課件,將孩子們喜愛(ài)的卡通貓制成小動(dòng)畫(huà),并擬人化,加以配音。小貓的卡通形象深受孩子們的歡迎,動(dòng)畫(huà)一播放,小貓
的.頑皮與可愛(ài)立刻深深地吸引了孩子們,只見(jiàn)小貓邊做鬼臉邊說(shuō):“Hi!Iamacat!想和我交朋友嗎?那就先記住我的名字吧,cat!”小貓一說(shuō)完,孩子們就迫不及待地練習(xí)起來(lái),很快就記住了cat這個(gè)單詞。這時(shí)教師適時(shí)點(diǎn)撥:“想和小貓交朋友嗎?那你必須要有禮貌地和它打招呼,這樣小貓才會(huì)高興,才愿意和你交朋友。誰(shuí)想先和cat交朋友啊?”孩子們都舉起了小手,爭(zhēng)著打招呼。每說(shuō)對(duì)一個(gè),小貓就會(huì)給他獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),翹起它的大拇指,說(shuō)“Hello!你真棒!”或“Hi!Good!”聽(tīng)著小貓的夸獎(jiǎng),孩子們的興致更高了,說(shuō)得就更起勁了。都努力地表演,教學(xué)氣氛非;钴S,學(xué)習(xí)興趣不斷高漲,在很輕松、自然的環(huán)境中復(fù)習(xí)、運(yùn)用了所學(xué)知識(shí),取得了良好的教學(xué)效果。
4、適時(shí)合理的評(píng)價(jià)。對(duì)于一年級(jí)的孩子來(lái)說(shuō),他們年齡雖小,但同樣渴望成功。對(duì)小學(xué)低年級(jí)學(xué)生而言,被老師表?yè)P(yáng)是莫大的成功。我記得第一次給一年級(jí)學(xué)生上英語(yǔ)課時(shí),學(xué)生們就會(huì)不停地用“Hello,MissLi!”“Hello!”熱情地向教師招呼。他們所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的對(duì)英語(yǔ)的熱情似乎很高。那么如何讓孩子們的熱情一直延續(xù)下去呢?教師要有能激發(fā)孩子們學(xué)習(xí)熱情的評(píng)價(jià)方式。在教學(xué)中,我采用了單詞小卡片的形式作為獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),當(dāng)課上表現(xiàn)很好時(shí)(課上積極回答問(wèn)題、和同桌到前面表演),我就會(huì)發(fā)給他們單詞小卡片。而且每個(gè)人的小卡片積累到20張時(shí),就可以到我這里換一張獎(jiǎng)狀,并且把他得到獎(jiǎng)狀的照片打印出來(lái),張貼到教室的墻壁上,所以每節(jié)課他們都認(rèn)真的學(xué)習(xí),爭(zhēng)取他們的相片被貼到教室的墻壁上。
5、約定俗成的口令。多數(shù)的教師希望自己在課堂教學(xué)時(shí)不必去管理學(xué)生,希望學(xué)生能好好學(xué)習(xí)、專心于課堂活動(dòng)。可教師們會(huì)時(shí)常發(fā)現(xiàn),在課堂是要耗費(fèi)許多時(shí)間來(lái)維持課堂秩序和紀(jì)律。所以,建立良好的課堂常規(guī)甚至比教學(xué)更重要,一年級(jí)教學(xué)主要是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生形成好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。于是,我便制定一套貫
穿整個(gè)課堂而且能朗朗上口的口令、拍手、動(dòng)作歌曲或韻律詩(shī)等吸引學(xué)生注意的信號(hào),讓學(xué)生做出口頭上和行為上的反應(yīng)。這樣可以集中學(xué)生的注意力。例如,我說(shuō):“Onetwothree”,孩子們就會(huì)回答:“Seatwell”并坐好;而我說(shuō):“Seatwell”,他們就會(huì)坐好并拍手回答:“Onetwothree”等等。再有就是課堂的表?yè)P(yáng)口令“Good,good,youaregood!”“Great,great,youaregreat!”
6、有效兒歌教學(xué)。新起點(diǎn)一年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教材中,每個(gè)單元中都穿插了許多旋律輕快、節(jié)奏感強(qiáng)的說(shuō)唱歌謠,它們節(jié)奏感強(qiáng)、有動(dòng)感,要求學(xué)生用手拍或腳蹬等肢體動(dòng)作來(lái)配合表演節(jié)奏,更能有效激發(fā)學(xué)生大膽開(kāi)口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的欲望。如教Animals時(shí),可以把單詞編成:hellocathello,hellobirdhello,helloduckhello,hellohellohello,并且還配有動(dòng)畫(huà),孩子們就在兒歌中快速的學(xué)會(huì)了這些動(dòng)物名稱。像這樣的兒歌受到了孩子們的喜愛(ài),也大大提高了他們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。教學(xué)實(shí)踐證明,大多數(shù)學(xué)生都能自覺(jué)的復(fù)習(xí)舊歌,學(xué)唱新歌,從中體驗(yàn)通過(guò)英語(yǔ)兒歌學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的成功和快樂(lè)。
三、開(kāi)展豐富多彩的課外活動(dòng),營(yíng)造英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)氛圍
根據(jù)學(xué)生學(xué)得快忘得也快的學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn),我們知道僅僅依靠課上的40分鐘,是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。因此,開(kāi)展各種形式的課外活動(dòng)是必不可少的。
1、要與學(xué)生約定一般情況下,在課下見(jiàn)到老師(尤其是我),要使用英語(yǔ)來(lái)問(wèn)候,進(jìn)而培養(yǎng)他們運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)交流的習(xí)慣。剛開(kāi)始孩子們有些膽怯,可是有一兩個(gè)孩子說(shuō)了之后,又得到了老師的表?yè)P(yáng),其他同學(xué)也慢慢的用英語(yǔ)和老師打招呼。

非常高興能有這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)跟萬(wàn)寧的小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師進(jìn)行共同的學(xué)習(xí)和交流,經(jīng)過(guò)一天的學(xué)習(xí)大家辛苦了,那么按照原計(jì)劃呢,……。今天上午我將會(huì)把我自己從教12年來(lái)的一些教學(xué)經(jīng)歷、教學(xué)敘事等和老師們分享,我是這么一路走來(lái)的,我覺(jué)得自己還是一個(gè)在成長(zhǎng)中的、需要更多磨練、需要更多學(xué)習(xí)的老師,希望今天的內(nèi)容能和老師們一同共勉。
首先我會(huì)談?wù)勎易约旱慕虒W(xué)經(jīng)歷,然后我想在我們每一位老師的職業(yè)生涯中,您會(huì)有各種各樣的經(jīng)歷,而這些經(jīng)歷大部分來(lái)自于我們的課堂,來(lái)自于每一堂課,所以接著我會(huì)從我的角度跟大家分享如何上好一堂課,那我的最后兩點(diǎn)是我認(rèn)為對(duì)一個(gè)小學(xué)教師的成長(zhǎng)非常重要的另外兩個(gè)因素,我會(huì)和大家交流一些看法。我從上培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)里面的demo課到上一堂普通的課,到全國(guó)的賽課,我曾經(jīng)多次的思考過(guò)到底怎樣才算是一堂好的課,我們?nèi)绾螐纳虾靡惶谜n迅速的成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)。那么,給大家分享5條有關(guān)好課的標(biāo)準(zhǔn):
一堂好課是有意義的課: 對(duì)學(xué)生來(lái)講,初級(jí)的意義至少是學(xué)習(xí)到了東西, 再進(jìn)一步來(lái)就是鍛煉了能力, 近而發(fā)展到獲得良好的,積極的情感體驗(yàn), 產(chǎn)生進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)的強(qiáng)烈要求。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中他會(huì)越來(lái)越主動(dòng)投入到學(xué)習(xí)中去, 有意義的課,也就是一堂扎實(shí)的課, 不是熱鬧的課。
有效率的課:從面上來(lái)說(shuō)對(duì)全班多少學(xué)生有效率,對(duì)好學(xué)生,中等學(xué)生,困難學(xué)生的效率,是否相同; 效率的高低, 沒(méi)有效率就不算是好課。有效率的課,也就是充實(shí)的課, 是有內(nèi)容的課。
生成性的課:一節(jié)課不完全是預(yù)設(shè)的課, 而是在課程中有教師和學(xué)生的真實(shí)情感與智慧的交流。這個(gè)過(guò)程既有資源的生成, 又有過(guò)程狀態(tài)的生成。這樣的課可以成為豐實(shí)的課, 內(nèi)容豐富, 多方活躍, 給人以啟發(fā)。我們經(jīng)常會(huì)聽(tīng)到老師們問(wèn)how are you 學(xué)生回答 師問(wèn):are you happy No let’s play a game, 所有的問(wèn)題與回答都是老師設(shè)計(jì)好的,作秀課。
常態(tài)下的課:課堂的價(jià)值在于通過(guò)師生碰撞,相互討論,生成許多新的東西。這樣的課稱為平常的課,一堂實(shí)實(shí)在在的課, 不僅現(xiàn)在可以上, 什么時(shí)候都可以上。 要淡化公開(kāi)課, 多上研討課。 不管誰(shuí)在聽(tīng)課。我們都要做到旁若無(wú)人, 心中只有學(xué)生。說(shuō)得容易,做得難,需要非常多的積累。
有待完善的課: 一節(jié)課不可能十全十美, 它應(yīng)該是真實(shí)的, 不加粉飾的, 值得反思的,注重重建的課。 只要是真實(shí)的,就是有缺憾的。
講到這里請(qǐng)大家告訴我您的一堂課包含了哪些教學(xué)程序,我這里指的是新授課,:那么接下來(lái) 我會(huì)和大家一起走進(jìn)課堂從開(kāi)始的熱身環(huán)節(jié)談起,分享我的一些做法,或是我觀察到的別人的好的方式。
熱身 形式有
主要目的:我用了三個(gè)激活,激活學(xué)生已有的興趣,調(diào)整學(xué)生情緒,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生集中注意力,并讓學(xué)生將已有的興趣英語(yǔ)化,將興趣與英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)融為一體。激活學(xué)生已有的知識(shí)與能力。我們的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)就是在學(xué)生已有的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)和能力之上進(jìn)行的。這樣就需要經(jīng)常去激活學(xué)生已有的知識(shí)和能力,來(lái)講授新的英語(yǔ)知識(shí),培養(yǎng)新的英語(yǔ)能力。 激活課堂學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,讓學(xué)生在有利于英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的課堂氛圍中學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。(請(qǐng)大家舉例warmer)
導(dǎo)入呈現(xiàn)階段:這是英語(yǔ)教學(xué)過(guò)程中的最重要的環(huán)節(jié)之一也就是一種示范,我個(gè)人認(rèn)為也是給你這堂課加分的地方,因?yàn)榍懊娴膚armer 時(shí)間短,這里的導(dǎo)入呈現(xiàn)做得好,會(huì)讓人有眼前一亮的感覺(jué)。在要求學(xué)生運(yùn)用所學(xué)的新語(yǔ)言之前,呈現(xiàn)給學(xué)生新的語(yǔ)言材料,這些語(yǔ)言材料是指什么,是指要讓學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)掌握的詞匯、目標(biāo)語(yǔ)句、對(duì)話或短文,當(dāng)然也不是說(shuō)一次性全部塞給學(xué)生,我們要讓學(xué)生獲得第一次感知,使我們的孩子在學(xué)習(xí)的第一時(shí)間知道所學(xué)語(yǔ)言的音、義和形,由教師把新的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和能力、新的語(yǔ)用功能、新的語(yǔ)義示范給學(xué)生,讓學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)了解;形式有…… 呈現(xiàn)方式:掛圖或簡(jiǎn)筆畫(huà):不看課文而是看著掛圖或教師的簡(jiǎn)筆畫(huà),直接感知教師的語(yǔ)言。注意語(yǔ)言盡可能原原本本地呈現(xiàn)課文,不走彎路;
細(xì)分開(kāi)來(lái)這階段包括導(dǎo)入、新知呈現(xiàn)、知識(shí)講解三個(gè)部分。
教材呈現(xiàn):直接打開(kāi)教材,看課文內(nèi)容,默讀或聽(tīng)教師朗讀課文;
錄音呈現(xiàn):聽(tīng)課文錄音,可看或不看課文內(nèi)容;聽(tīng)錄音前要布置任務(wù),而不是讓學(xué)生們漫無(wú)目的的聽(tīng)。這些都是整體呈現(xiàn)的方式。
播放動(dòng)畫(huà)或錄像呈現(xiàn):讓學(xué)生看動(dòng)畫(huà)片或錄像,聽(tīng)課文錄音,看課文文字。這就是視覺(jué)、聽(tīng)覺(jué)、圖像、聲音等調(diào)動(dòng)多種感官參與的學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng),是最有效的呈現(xiàn)。這一階段應(yīng)該注意的問(wèn)題:幫助學(xué)生從已有的知識(shí)過(guò)渡到新語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)入學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài); 導(dǎo)入過(guò)程為新知識(shí)的呈現(xiàn)搭橋、鋪路、為新知學(xué)習(xí)和新技能訓(xùn)練做好心理和知識(shí)準(zhǔn)備; 這個(gè)階段應(yīng)以激發(fā)興趣為宗旨,時(shí)間不宜過(guò)長(zhǎng),形式不宜過(guò)于復(fù)雜;因課型的不同而不同,做到有序安排、形式活潑、手段靈活、方法多樣;注重實(shí)效性。在呈現(xiàn)部分:因?yàn)槭菍W(xué)生第一次接觸課文的活動(dòng),要讓學(xué)生感知將要學(xué)習(xí)的詞匯、目標(biāo)語(yǔ)句和語(yǔ)篇等教學(xué)內(nèi)容; 目的是讓學(xué)生對(duì)課文有整體的理解,主要是讓學(xué)生知道今天要學(xué)習(xí)的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)是在什么語(yǔ)境下怎么用的;可以采用直觀手段,如果有條件可以通過(guò)多媒體形式,讓學(xué)生直接感知,建議老師們利用掛圖或教材降低學(xué)生對(duì)課文的理解難度。
舉例……。這些presentation都是讓人眼前一亮的,讓我們覺(jué)得這個(gè)idea真的非常的好,學(xué)生也能在最短的時(shí)間里面被吸引,自然而然的進(jìn)入新課的學(xué)習(xí)。UN building
接下來(lái)我們看操練環(huán)節(jié):這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)在我們的小學(xué)英語(yǔ)課堂所占的比重是比較大的,(時(shí)間分配上preration3分鐘presention5分鐘,practice10—15分鐘的時(shí)間)特別是在新授課,這部分起著非常關(guān)鍵的作用。我們要讓孩子們更好的掌握所學(xué)知識(shí),我們就要在這一環(huán)節(jié)盡可能的做到扎實(shí)有效。有這樣一些方式…。句子的操練 詞匯的操練
在是語(yǔ)言操練的最初級(jí)階段,我們會(huì)選擇模仿性操練,也叫機(jī)械性操練。在聽(tīng)音會(huì)意的基礎(chǔ)上,學(xué)會(huì)語(yǔ)言材料的發(fā)音,并通過(guò)發(fā)音加深對(duì)語(yǔ)言材料的理解;這里我們要注意學(xué)生對(duì)單詞、詞組的發(fā)音及對(duì)語(yǔ)句的整體模仿;(chopsticks)(想進(jìn)一切辦法讓孩子們多讀)大小聲 看口型 手指 卡片 個(gè)人讀 開(kāi)火車(檢查每個(gè)孩子的發(fā)音是否準(zhǔn)確)注意模仿質(zhì)量,有些學(xué)生使勁的大聲讀,扯著嗓子喊,老師都聽(tīng)不清楚發(fā)音是否準(zhǔn)確。我們要盡可能讓學(xué)生在模仿時(shí)把所說(shuō)的語(yǔ)句和圖片所示的'內(nèi)容及其情境聯(lián)系起來(lái),體會(huì)單詞與
句子所表達(dá)的內(nèi)容。
伴隨著學(xué)習(xí)能力的提高,進(jìn)度的推進(jìn),我們進(jìn)入是語(yǔ)言的第二層次的操練:替換性操練。目的:學(xué)生熟練掌握語(yǔ)言的外形結(jié)構(gòu),舉一反三,熟練套用并掌握目標(biāo)語(yǔ)句;(這里想提一下這個(gè)舉一反三)這里要注意循序漸進(jìn)、由淺入深。在初始階段,句子應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)短,容易上口,并隨之加快速度,做到脫口而出。(I like football I like playing football I like playing football in the park)在此基礎(chǔ)上,再要求學(xué)生利用所學(xué)過(guò)的知識(shí),或自己身邊物品或發(fā)生過(guò)的事情來(lái)替換(I like basketball);這就是從學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),關(guān)注他們能力的培養(yǎng)。(Chant song 互動(dòng))比如我們?cè)诼?tīng)課時(shí)經(jīng)常會(huì)聽(tīng)到有的老師利用兩只老虎的曲子來(lái)配上我們學(xué)習(xí)的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)來(lái)唱歌do you like swimming do you like swimming yes I do yes I do do you like dancing No I don’t請(qǐng)老師來(lái)改 (reading singing)
操練的更高形式是拓展性的操練,這是學(xué)生從語(yǔ)言理解到熟練再到掌握的重要環(huán)節(jié);這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)不論是對(duì)老師還是對(duì)學(xué)生的要求都比較高,我們要精心設(shè)計(jì)。目的:通過(guò)反復(fù)強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生從對(duì)語(yǔ)言的機(jī)械認(rèn)識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)向理解識(shí)記,進(jìn)而達(dá)到長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶;基本形式:教師利用身邊的資源實(shí)物、卡片、圖片等,為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)一定較為真實(shí)的情境,讓學(xué)生運(yùn)用新學(xué)句型進(jìn)行交際,讓所學(xué)的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)更具真實(shí)性、趣味性和實(shí)用性。在這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),請(qǐng)注意我們老師的示范、調(diào)控作用,

小結(jié)一下,在操練這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)我們要盡可能少的機(jī)械性操練,盡可能多的語(yǔ)境化操練 ,針對(duì)真實(shí)目的的操練,針對(duì)真實(shí)困難的操練,要給學(xué)生真實(shí)語(yǔ)境中為了真實(shí)語(yǔ)用目的的練習(xí)。否則孩子們會(huì)覺(jué)得無(wú)趣,沒(méi)有挑戰(zhàn)性,特別是高年級(jí)的孩子們,他們逐漸對(duì)操練活動(dòng)失去興趣。
成果展示(拓展…):形式有…目的:通過(guò)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)綜合各知識(shí)點(diǎn)和各種語(yǔ)言材料,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生能就具體情境正確應(yīng)用語(yǔ)言的交際能力。注意是用所學(xué)的知識(shí)和技能來(lái)完成一個(gè)任務(wù),可以在小組或結(jié)對(duì)中完成。(攀登英語(yǔ))看圖講解

小結(jié):通過(guò)教師主導(dǎo)的總結(jié)或是教師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生的自我總結(jié),對(duì)本節(jié)課的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和能力進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),既讓學(xué)生會(huì)明確本節(jié)課的課后復(fù)習(xí)鞏固目標(biāo)和重點(diǎn),又幫助學(xué)生形成明確的語(yǔ)言意識(shí),強(qiáng)化學(xué)生對(duì)多學(xué)知識(shí)的記憶。比如我們會(huì)把這堂課小組評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果小結(jié)一下,(得分)回顧本課所學(xué)等等,(有的老師時(shí)間把握不好的 會(huì)狠狠的利用這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié))
最后是布置作業(yè):是課堂教學(xué)的有效延伸,要考慮內(nèi)容、形式,還要具有:層次性、鞏固性、拓展性、發(fā)展性,不要成為學(xué)生的一種負(fù)擔(dān)。我認(rèn)為我們布置的作業(yè),我們要能檢查、能監(jiān)督、學(xué)生能完成,否則就是無(wú)效的作業(yè)。講解…

除了網(wǎng)絡(luò)的幫助,我的團(tuán)隊(duì),我身邊的人也為我揚(yáng)起了成長(zhǎng)的風(fēng)帆:我們的優(yōu)質(zhì)課如何獲勝?沒(méi)有團(tuán)隊(duì)中的教師整體打磨,我們不能叫優(yōu)質(zhì)課,更不要祈求成功。我們的實(shí)踐課如何有效開(kāi)展?沒(méi)有團(tuán)隊(duì)中教師的分析、反思和借鑒,課堂將會(huì)混亂不堪,更不要談?dòng)行踔粮咝АN覀兊谋荣惾绾蚊摲f而出,勇攀高峰?沒(méi)有團(tuán)隊(duì),我們將會(huì)離冠軍的目標(biāo)更加遙遠(yuǎn)。我們?nèi)绾尾拍茉趯I(yè)上成長(zhǎng)?只要有了精誠(chéng)合作,勇攀高峰的團(tuán)隊(duì),個(gè)人的小材才會(huì)有用武之地,才會(huì)變成大才。我相信任何一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的個(gè)人沒(méi)有強(qiáng)大的團(tuán)隊(duì)的支撐,取得的成功總是有限的。(看團(tuán)隊(duì)圖片)
我不知道在坐的有沒(méi)有教研組長(zhǎng),我覺(jué)得科組組織的教研活動(dòng)是鍛煉老師的一塊陣地,(提問(wèn):我想請(qǐng)問(wèn)在座的老師近3年來(lái)你離開(kāi)學(xué)校參加培訓(xùn)的次數(shù),除了這一次以外,有兩次的舉手,出省參加培訓(xùn)的老師)對(duì)于一線教師來(lái)講,能夠走出來(lái)參加培訓(xùn)、學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)是非常少的,但是如果我們的教研組長(zhǎng)能組織好校內(nèi)的校本培訓(xùn),那將對(duì)老師的成長(zhǎng)起到非常大的作用。每個(gè)學(xué)期我都會(huì)組織一些科組活動(dòng),比如……。
然后就是學(xué)科活動(dòng)…。雖然我們沒(méi)有走出學(xué)校,但是我們能通過(guò)這些鍛煉自己,磨練自己,提升自己。
不論結(jié)果怎樣,我們選擇了一份神圣的職業(yè),作為一名英語(yǔ)老師,我們應(yīng)該是教英語(yǔ)的老師還是…以下的話跟大家一起共勉,讀:…
