　　大家好!

　　我是初二(3)班的英語老師，首先歡迎各位家長的到來。借此機(jī)會，我想應(yīng)該給各位家長談一下孩子們在這一個學(xué)期的情況。

　　開學(xué)初，本班學(xué)生在中缺乏積極性，自覺性差，凡事都要不停地反復(fù)的督促。布置的任務(wù)不能及時的完成。而初二的英語教材相較三、四年級，又有所變化，起初孩子們沒有找好學(xué)習(xí)的切入點(diǎn)，所以我們在座有些家長就反映孩子的英語成績較之前有所下降。一學(xué)期下來了，在強(qiáng)化課堂教學(xué)，抓好課堂效益上，我結(jié)合教材和學(xué)生的多方面情況，做了以下一些工作：

　　1、初二英語在聽、說、讀、寫方面的要求更加重要，我們盡量在課堂上幫助學(xué)生掌握知識，開展活動，讓他們在不知不覺中張口說英語。比如我們班莊園，王輝，錢勇，曹旭成，王聲康，許雅文等同學(xué)，每節(jié)課的知識和作業(yè)都能當(dāng)堂掌握和完成。

　　2、興趣是最好的老師。英語課中多是一些情景對話，我們常常設(shè)置一個情境，讓學(xué)生進(jìn)入其中，以表演的`形式學(xué)習(xí)新知，樂在其中。如李杰，葛宇，逗號，潘建如，李浪，張朋順，周揚(yáng)名，吳家佩，花尉揩，沈培歡等同學(xué)，經(jīng)常表演和惟妙惟肖，讓人忍俊不禁的同時，其他同學(xué)也加深了對課文的理解。

　　3、孩子們都是要強(qiáng)的，我們舉行各式各樣的比賽，讓他們自發(fā)地要求進(jìn)步。最近我們開展一對一的擂臺賽。孩子們學(xué)習(xí)的積極性高漲。如張峰瑋與莊園同學(xué)之間，楊冬煦和潘康同學(xué)之間，你追我趕，共同進(jìn)步。我們也進(jìn)行了一些簡單的測試，有很多同學(xué)較開學(xué)初都有很大的進(jìn)步。尤其是張影，張自豪，劉俊杰，李杰，鮑勝凡，潘國光，呂文豪等同學(xué)。我們班同學(xué)，優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生不僅成績好，在英語表達(dá)能力上也有提高，學(xué)習(xí)有困難的學(xué)生也不氣餒，一直在努力地向前沖。學(xué)習(xí)英語是為了以后能與人用英語交流，平時有積累，最后就能收獲成功。讓我們一起為孩子們營造一個開心快樂的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，真正讓孩子們相對學(xué)的輕松，扎實(shí)，有效。

　　Back in the years when I was only six years old or so, I had my first taste of English. It seemed very strange to me. At the very beginning, I was not so interested in this strange language. Moreover, the English TV program always took time awayfrommy cartoon shows. As a result, I started to hate English.

　　Time flies. Things completely changed at theendof my primary school life. In the last exam of the whole primary school period, I did so well in English that I got a full mark. I found that I could do a perfect job in English if I put my heart on it. This exam seems to be a turning point on my road of studying English and has really inspired me. Although there are still many challenges waiting for me, these setbacks won’t hurt my confidence and will push me to study harder.

　　4、善于自我提問的習(xí)慣。從某種意義上講，學(xué)習(xí)的過程就是一個不斷提出問題并不斷解決問題的過程。善于提出問題，是自學(xué)能力強(qiáng)的標(biāo)志之一。5、“不恥下問”的習(xí)慣。有些同學(xué)有了問題，自己解決不了，又死要面子，不肯問人，這樣問題越積越多，學(xué)習(xí)就會陷入被動局面。

　　6、利用工具書的習(xí)慣。要解決那些自己不能解決的問題，除了向老師、家長和同學(xué)請教外，還可以利用工具書求得解答。學(xué)生都要備有必要的工具書，特別是《新華字典》《英語詞典》。
